KHMER (Type-K) VISA
VISA INFORMATION
- Visa is NOT transferable to a new passport
- Multiple entry visa and valid until passport expires.
- Eligible only for Cambodians or a child born abroad to a Cambodian parent.
- Passport must be valid for at least six(6) months (based on passport expiration date)
prior to the date of entry to Cambodia. - Only one(1) K-Visa can be issued on a passport.
- It is a sticker visa and need to be affixed to the passport visa page.
- Applicant's eligibility for visa is subject to screening and verification.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
- ORIGINAL PASSPORT (Actual passport is required).
- VISA APPLICATION FORM with one(1) 2x2 passport photo attached. (DO NOT use paper clip).

- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (applicant)
- Photocopy of the Cambodian parent passport bio-page
- Other supporting document accepted proof that the applicant is Cambodian *if available
- Photocopy of Cambodian passport bio-page
- Photocopy of previous K-Visa
- Photocopy of U.S. Naturalization certificate
- Photocopy of Khmer ID - NO VISA FEE
- Prepaid self-addressed return mail envelope with a tracking number
(for mailing applicants only) to send back your passport.
