How to submit mail-in applications :

Visa processing time:
- 7-10 working days from the date we receive your mail envelope.
(excluding the return shipping days).
Reminders:
- Send your application/document to the Embassy with a tracking number
Check this information with the mailing service provider. - Do not forget to provide a prepaid return envelope with tracking number to send back your passport/s or document.
- DO NOT use regular posted mail to send your passport/document (not secured/no tracking number).
- Make sure the shipping labels have correct mailing information.
- The Embassy is not liable for any lost packages sent by mail.
- Kindly save a copy or take a photo of the mail tracking number, shipping label, passport/s, application form and official receipt for future reference.
- Always keep checking with the mail tracking number information online for latest update.
- Take out the passport cover, ticket, vaccination card or any other document attached to the passport.
- Make sure all the shipping labels are already paid. The Embassy DO NOT pay for your return shipping.
- The Visa Office does not alert applicants upon receiving their envelopes, please keep yourself informed by checking the tracking number on your envelopes online or sign-up for email or text notification from the mail provider.
- On rainy/snowy seasons, we advise you to consider an extra waterproofing (use zip lock) for your passport/documents before placing it in the envelope.
- Envelopes that arrive on weekends or holiday won't be opened until the next business day.
