Expired Cambodian Passport can no longer be extended.

The Embassy advises the bearer to apply for Temporary travel document.

Lost Cambodian Passport and need to travel back to Cambodia, kindly apply for Temporary travel document.

The Embassy doesn't renew or issue new Cambodian Passport.

WHAT IS A TRAVEL DOCUMENT ISSUED BY THE EMBASSY?

• It is a paper document(not a passport) issued by the Embassy to Cambodian Nationals.
• It is a single-use travel document to enter Cambodia.
• It is only valid for three(3) months from the date of issued.

WHO CAN APPLY? Cambodian traveling back to Cambodia with the following situation below.

• Cambodian with expired/nearly expire Cambodian Passport *must have a valid US green card/residency card.
• Cambodian lost the Cambodian Passport *required to submit a police incident report.​

WHEN TO APPLY?

• two(2) months before the intended date of entry to Cambodia.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Completely filled-up and signed Temporary Travel Document form (one copy)
2. Photocopy of Cambodian passport bio-page *passport name & photo information 
3. 2x2 Passport photo (2 pieces) 
4. Photocopy of valid US residency card/green card.
5. Travel itinerary (Optional) 
6. Police incident report (original copy) in case of a lost passport only*
7. Prepaid return envelope with official receipt (for mailing applicant only)

• I have a valid Cambodian Passport, do I need a Visa to enter Cambodia?
  A valid Cambodian passport doesn't required a Visa to enter Cambodia.
