• How to obtain a Khmer (Type-K) Visa?
  You can submit K-Visa application either via mail or set an appointment to the Embassy.
  - MAIL
  - WALK-IN (set an appointment)
  
  Submit the following documents below if the passport place of Birth is CAMBODIA.
  1. Actual Passport
  2. Visa application form with 2x2 passport photo attached
  3. Prepaid return envelope with tracking number (for mailing applicant only).
  
  Submit the following documents below if the passport place of Birth is not CAMBODIA.
  1. Actual Passport
  2. Visa application form with 2x2 passport photo attached
  3. Copy of Birth Certificate
  4. Copy of Parent passport bio-page
  5. Copy of old K-Visa & passport bio-page (if available)
  6. Prepaid return envelope with tracking number (for mailing applicant only).
