• Those who have accepted an employment/volunteering work offer in Cambodia
• Those who have received an invitation from a registered organization who has a valid MoU with the Cambodian government 

Note: We only accept visa application that travel two(2) months prior to the Cambodia entry date. 
(visa will only be valid/usable for 3 months from the date of issue).

VISA REQUIREMENTS

You can submit your visa application either walk-in to the Embassy or send it via mail with a tracking number.

Kindly submit and complete the following requirements to avoid delay.

1. Filled and signed visa application form with 2x2 passport photo attached.
2. Valid original passport 
3. Invitation letter (Cambodia) 
   - ​If travelling with dependent/s, kindly also include their Name/s in the invitation letter.
   - Dependent/s must also submit their visa application, passport, and
   photo​copy of Marriage certificate(spouse) and Birth certificate (child).
4. Signed employment/volunteer contract (for long-term stay)
5. Valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU-Cambodia)
6. Tax Certificate (Cambodia) if available
7. No fee
8. Prepaid return envelope with a tracking number (for mailing applicants only)
   
   Visa processing takes 5-7 working days.
