REMINDER: 

• Kindly secure the Cambodia Visa first before making travel plan

• Processing time could take 2-3 weeks

• Completely filled-up and signed application form - (1 copy)
• Passport photo (recently taken within six months) - (1 pc.)​

2. Actual Passport

• ​Validity: at least 6 months (based on passport expiration date) upon entering Cambodia
• Visa page : at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker

3. Supporting Documents

• Official letter from the Department of State / organization (2 copies) 
• Copy of passport bio-page (1 copy) ​
• Copy of most recent Cambodian visa (1 copy - if applicable)

Guidelines for cover letters

1. PURPOSE OF TRIP 
2. MEETING - with whom (name and designation) and purpose of the meeting
3. ​WHEN​ -​ The ​​entry and departure date to/from Cambodia
4. LENGTH OF STAY - Duration of stay/assignment
5. WHERE - Name of the organization/office in Cambodia to which they will report 
6. TRIP ORGANIZER (If applicable) - Trip organizer's information (Name and contact information)
   
   

For applicants travelling with dependent(s)

1. Official letter that includes the name of each dependent
2. Actual passport(s) of the dependent(s)
3. Bio-page copy of the passport(s)
4. Copy of marriage certificate
5. Copy of child birth certificate​ ​

• Send it via mail (FedEx, UPS, or USPS with tracking number and posted stamps
• Walk-in appointment to the Embassy (Washington D.C.)
