BULK VISA SUBMISSION
Kindly follow the instructions below.
- Download the visa template (excel) and kindly fill-in the template with passport information.
- Stack the passports based how you input there Name/s in the excel template.
- Bundle the passports by 10.
- Insert their visa application form with 2x2 passport photo attached (stapled both sides) and
photocopy of passport bio-page to their respective passport/s.
*Passport bio-page is the passport name & photo information. - Email the visa template (excel) to [email protected]
- You can prepare one(1) Money Order in total for the visa fee
(for Tourist/Business visa applicant/s only). - You can submit either (a)walk-in to the Embassy (The Visa Officer will update you when to pickup the passports)
or (b)send it via mail in one envelope (make sure the envelope is sturdy to send via mail). - Insert a prepaid return envelope with shipping label (for sending back the passport/for mailing applicant only).
