His Excellency Ambassador Koy Kuong represented the Royal Government of Cambodia to receive two additional artifacts returned by the United States to Cambodia.

នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្តម កុយ គួង ឯកអគ្គរាជទូតតែងតាំងថ្មីកម្ពុជាប្រចាំសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងម៉ិកសុិក និងលោកវរសេនីយ៍ឯក Matthew Bogdanos ប្រធានអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងការជួញដូរវត្ថុបុរាណ បានអញ្ជើញចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងប្រគល់-ទទួលវត្ថុបុរាណខ្មែរចំនួន ២ដុំ ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅ​ការិយាល័យរដ្ឋអាជ្ញាទីក្រុងញូយ៉ក សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
វត្ថុបុរាណខ្មែរទាំងពីរខាងលើ ស្ថិតក្នុងរចនបទបាភួន ស.វ ទី១១ និងមានប្រភពដើមពីសារមន្ទីរវត្តពោធិ៍វាល ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ដែលត្រូវបាន​គេលួចចេញ​ក្នុងសម័យសង្រ្គាមរវាងទសវត្ស ១៩៧០។
ក្នុងពិធីខាងលើ ក៏មានការចូលរួមជាកិត្តិយសពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្ដម កែវ ឈា ឯកអគ្គរាជទូត និងជាតំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍កម្ពុជាប្រចាំអង្គការ សហប្រជាជាតិ​(អ.ស.ប) រួមទាំងមន្រ្ដីការទូតនៃតំណាងស្ថានបេសកកម្មអចិន្រៃ្ដយ៍​កម្ពុជា​ប្រចាំអ.ស.ប ផងដែរ។

On the afternoon of March 26, 2025, His Excellency Koy Kuong, the newly appointed Ambassador of Cambodia to the United States and Mexico, and Colonel Matthew Bogdanos, Director of the Antiquities Counter-Trafficking Unit, signed an agreement to return and receive two pieces of Cambodian antiquities at the New York City Attorney’s Office, United States.
The two Cambodian antiquities are from the 11th century BC and originally came from the Wat Por Veal Museum in Battambang Province, which was looted during the war in the 1970s.
The ceremony was also attended by His Excellency Keo Chhea, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations (UN), as well as the Ambassador of the Permanent Mission of Cambodia to the UN.
