• Single-entry visa 
• 3-month validity 
• Only 30-day allowable stay​
• Sticker visa (Not electronic) 
• Renewable for another 30 days after entry at Cambodian Immigration Department​
• It is not refundable or transferable.

Note: We only accept visa application that travel two(2) months prior to the Cambodia entry date. 
(visa will only be valid/usable for 3 months from the date of issue).​

1. Visa Application Form

• Download, Print, and completely filled-up/signed visa application form - (1 copy)​

• Passport photo 2x2 (recently taken within six months) - (1 piece)

2. Actual Passport ​      *REQUIRED
Question.     Do I need to send my actual passport?
Answer.        YES, it is a sticker visa needs to affix to the passport visa page 

• Validity: at least 6 months upon entering Cambodia
• Visa page: at least 2 free pages for the visa sticker

3. Visa Fee

• $ 30 USD
  - Only cashier's check or money order in U.S. dollar
  - Payable to the Embassy of Cambodia
  - Only one check for group (more than one) visa requests
  - No personal checks, credit cards or cash

4. Copy of passport bio-page

• 7 - 10 working days
