This is to send back your passport or documents submitted to the Embassy via mail.
It should be prepaid under your credit card account.
Self-address means that your name and address information as the sender and recipient information.
If possible, do not put the Embassy address information as the sender to avoid any unwanted invoice address to the Embassy. - I forgot to provide a return shipping label, can I send it via email?
Answer:
Yes, just simply create a return shipping label online with your preferred mail service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Make sure it is already paid under your credit card account and
send it via email@ [email protected] attached the shipping label and official receipt, if available. - What is the recommend self-address prepaid return envelope?
Answer.
We recommend UPS or FedEx mailing service.
If you prefer to use USPS, use the priority mail envelope with tracking number and posted stamps. - What to do when I prepare a self-address prepaid return envelope?

Take a photo or save a copy of the actual prepaid return envelope and the official receipt for future reference. - I need my passport or documents to be send back as soon as possible.

FEdex - express mail *RECOMMENDED
- Do not use (FedEx ground, FedEx Home, and a hand-written shipping label slip).
- Must be prepared online (https://www.fedex.com) with your FedEx account and credit card information.
- Provide the shipping label and envelope.
- Attach a copy of the official receipt
- For outside the United States territory, insert the commercial invoice.
- You might receive a call from the Embassy and request your assistance to contact the mail customer service to schedule a pickup to the Embassy during service hours between 10am-12nn or 1-3pm, Monday to Friday only.
UPS MAIL/GROUND *RECOMMENDED
- Do not use a hand-written shipping label slip
- Must be prepared online (https://www.ups.com) with your UPS account and credit card information.
- Attach a copy of the official receipt
- Provide the shipping label and envelope.
- For outside the United States territory, insert the commercial invoice.
- You might receive a call from the Embassy and request your assistance to contact the mail customer service to schedule a pickup to the Embassy during service hours between 10am-12nn or 1-3pm, Monday to Friday only.
USPS - USE PRIORITY MAIL ENVELOPE WITH TRACKING NUMBER & POSTED STAMPS
- Do not use regular posted mail (not secured/no tracking number).
- Use the priority mail envelope and purchase a tracking number & posted stamps.
- Kindly label it properly along with tracking number sticker and posted stamps.
(except for the shipping labels prepared online with paid posted stamps and tracking number information).
REMINDERS
- Please prepare the prepaid return envelope paid directly to your mail account or credit card
- Insert only your information as the SENDER & RECIPIENT of the prepaid return envelope
- Do not use hand-written waybill as the information/account is not validated
- It takes 3-5 working days to process
- For quick turn-around, send your application using 2-day or overnight shipping for both envelopes
- For outside United States applicants, please insert the COMMERCIAL INVOICE as per customs requirements for international shipping
- Keep the copy of your mail receipt and tracking number for tracking purposes
- The Visa Office does NOT alert applicants upon receiving their envelopes, please keep yourself posted by checking the tracking number online or sign-up for notification from the courier
- Envelops that arrive on weekends won't be opened until the next business day
