2. Passport bio-page
3. Passport blank(2) pages
4. Approval letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MFA-Cambodia)

5. Employment/Volunteer contract (for long-term stay)
6. Current copy of valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU-Cambodia)
7. Tax Certificate (Cambodia) if available

- Invitation letter from an organization in Cambodia
- Copy of a valid Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the organization and the Cambodian government
- Copy of passport bio-page
- Copy of most recent Cambodian visa (if applicable)
