• Signed letter from the Cambodian spouse stating valid reason of travel with spouse. (English or Khmer format).
• Marriage Certificate
• Photo of marriage ceremony
• Cambodian identification
  • US Passport bio-page
  • Cambodian Passport bio-page, if available.
  • Cambodian ID card, if available.

• Foreign spouse identification
  • Foreign/US Passport bio-page
  • Passport blank(2) visa pages
    
  • Visa (Type-E) application form with 2x2 passport attached
    

• Other supporting documents, if available.

• Complete Name and passport information (Foreign spouse)
• Travel entry date
• Length of stay in Cambodia
• Valid detailed reason to travel (3-5 sentences).
