Applying for Travel document

- It is a single-use paper document that allows you to travel back to Cambodia. Once in Cambodia, you must then reapply for and obtain a new Cambodian passport. In order return to the U.S., you would need the new Cambodian passport and your valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card).
Applying for re-entry permit (Form I-131)
- Check the USCIS website on how to apply.
- It is a passport-like travel document with 2-year validity that is valid for international travels.
- Once you have received the permit, please contact the Embassy to apply for K-class (Khmer) Visa before traveling to Cambodia.
