The Taste of Angkor Cookbook was proudly presented at the Umeå Food Symposium in Sweden on 2-5 June 2022, and won two Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2022 in categories as follows: 1. Best Asian Cuisine Book 2. Heads of State/Food (Foreword by H.E. Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn) At the same event, another Khmer cookbook "The Culinary Art of Cambodia" also won the Special Award of the Jury. Comments are closed.
